All deposits are NON refundable. If you need to reschedule outside of our 48 hour window your deposit can be moved to another date. However if you need to cancel OR reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, that deposit is therefore forfeited. A cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the original appointment price to the card on file. If you cancel on the salon the same day of your appointment OR you no show the salon, then a 100% charge will be placed to the charge on file. If you no show and have prepaid a deposit, the other 50% will be charged to the card on file, therefore collecting 100%. A no call no show is considered as a client who did not try to contact the salon whatsoever to cancel, and neglected to show up for their allotted appointment time. The salon reserves the right to no longer accept clients who have no call no showed. After 10 minutes we reserve the right to consider your appointment as a no show and charge the card on file 100% of the appointment amount. Our time is valuable as well as yours, so please make sure you are not late to your appointment. There are waiting areas available in the vicinity.
